Full time real estate professional in the greater Dane County area since 1994, there really are few people in the industry who have the experience that I do. I have experience in almost every facet of the business in my 21 years. I have managed a company with regional offices across southern Wisconsin with over 100 agents providing training and contract review. I have closed transactions for a Title company. I held a Residential Appraisal License from 1999-2007. I serve as a Director on the SCWMLS Board. I’ve returned to the sales side and over the last 5 years I have been one of the top producing agents in southern Wisconsin. I am a life-long resident of Madison, I love the Greater Madison area and often feel like an Ambassador when I am touring Buyers around and looking at different communities. I pride myself on providing personable service with a focus on communicating openly with my clients. I've been around the block a numerous times and extensive experience in residential sales (new & existing), condominiums, residential income property, vacant land and vacation / recreational property. In addition to the standard home sale & purchase I’ve handled many unique sales over the years from selling off whole subdivisions, foreclosures, short sales, estate sales, investment / business. I’ve sold property ranging from $5,000 to $1.2 million dollars. As a life-long resident of the area I feel nobody "knows" the Greater Dane County area like I do.


Outside of real estate my wife & have raised 3 daughters in Madison, I am a fishing fool, anytime anywhere as It allows me to travel and visit areas I may never have visited or seen. I pretty much enjoy all sports. I've coached youth sports of more than 20 years baseball, softball, soccer and basketball. I’ve also started a fastpitch club organization and a regional fastpitch league that numbered as high as 62 teams. My family supports the Henry Vilas Zoo through volunteering time or assisting with fund raising, over the years we’ve had a direct hand in helping raise over $100,000 for the zoo.
